The purpose of this institute is to contribute to the development of international exchange by providing advanced Japanese language education. Our goal is to help students acquire accurate Japanese language skills, gain an understanding of Japanese culture, customs, and people, and prepare for further studies at universities or vocational schools after completing the program.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The school uses the direct teaching method to comprehensively teach the four core language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Classes are organized based on students\u2019 proficiency, with a level test conducted each semester. This ensures that students are placed in a class that matches their ability and can study with others at the same level, guided by a teacher suited to their needs.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A proficiency test will be given every three months at the end of each semester, and class placement will be based on the results. The test includes both written and oral components. In addition to this, students may also take smaller unit tests during the course as needed. Students who wish to transfer into the program mid-term can take a proficiency test and be placed in a class that matches their level.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A certificate of completion will be awarded to those who have fulfilled any of the following requirements and have been approved by the Director of the Institute.<\/p>

(1) Those who have completed the course of study at the institute and have passed the institute’s evaluation criteria (attendance, examination results, class attitude, etc.),<\/p>

(2) Those who have passed all the courses of the institute.<\/p>

(2) Those who have completed all courses of the institute and have passed the evaluation criteria of the institute.<\/p>

(3) Students who have been enrolled in this institute for more than one year and will go on to higher education or find employment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Absence, tardiness, early departure, etc.\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Absences must be reported in writing to the teacher in charge.
2. In cases of late arrival or early dismissal, the student must submit a written notification (report form) to the teacher.
\u2022 Three (3) late arrivals will be counted as one (1) absence.
\u2022 However, this does not apply in cases of transportation delays caused by train, bus, or similar accidents.
4. If a student is absent for more than three (3) consecutive days without notice, the school or teacher will contact the student and their guarantor.
5. If a student is absent for more than five (5) days due to illness, accident, or similar reasons, a medical certificate must be submitted.

Note 1: If the attendance rate falls below 90%, the student\u2019s application for visa renewal or change may not be approved.

Note 2: The institute may refuse to issue certificates to students with poor attendance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Withdrawal and Expulsion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Students who fall under any of the following categories will first receive a warning letter. If no improvement is observed after the warning, the student may be dismissed or expelled from the school.<\/p>

1. Students who are absent without permission for more than one month.
2. Students who fail to pay tuition fees for more than one month.
3. Students who show a serious lack of motivation toward Japanese language study, or who display disruptive behavior in class that negatively affects others.
4. Students who fail to strictly follow school rules and the institute’s student handbook.
5. Students who are found to have violated the laws of Japan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

(1) Qualifications for admission
\u3000Applicants must meet all of the following requirements for admission to the Institute.
\u30001. 18 years of age or older.
\u30002. Completion of 12 or more years of schooling or equivalent.
\u30003. Those who have been admitted by the institute as suitable for enrollment.<\/p>

(2) Admission Period
\u00a0 \u00a0Admission to the institute is available four times a year: in April, July, August, and October.<\/p>

(3) Admission procedures
\u3000Admission procedures are as follows
\u30001. Fill out the application form and other necessary documents specified by the institute, and submit them with the screening fee by the designated date.\u00a0
\u30002. After screening those who have completed the above procedures, the institute will apply to the Tokyo Immigration and Residence Office for a Certificate of Eligibility.
\u3000Those who are admitted by the Tokyo Immigration Bureau will receive a \u201cCertificate of Eligibility\u201d in exchange for the entrance fee and other specified school fees, and apply for a college student visa in their home country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Any change of address must be reported to the institute within one week.

1. During the student’s stay in Japan, the guarantor (financial sponsor) bears a great deal of responsibility in terms of behavior, academic status, and financial security. Therefore, the student himself\/herself should report to the guarantor (financial supporter) on a regular basis as much as possible.\u00a0<\/p>

2. the school will report to the guarantor (financial guarantor) on a regular basis on the student’s daily academic status (attendance, grades, etc.). Therefore, if the student’s attendance or academic status is unfavorable, the school will contact the guarantor (financial supporter) to resolve the issue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

<Planning to enroll
Only those who have indicated their intention to withdraw from enrollment at least 21 days prior to the entrance ceremony will, in principle, be refunded the amount of school fees (tuition, textbooks, extracurricular lessons, international student insurance, medical examination fee, and facilities and equipment maintenance fee) excluding the entrance fee and screening fee, and excluding the transfer fee (overseas remittance).
<Current Students
Students who have withdrawn from the school must send a copy of their passport and a copy of their residence card after relinquishing their status of residence to the school director by e-mail or mail after returning to their home country. Upon confirmation of the details, a refund will be made for the tuition paid for the unattended portion (per semester), minus the transfer fee (remittance fee).
In principle, expelled students are not eligible for refunds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
